Managing Auto Responders.

Create a new email auto responder

  1. Sign in to your webmail.
  2. On the welcome screen click your email address at the top, then the autoresponders link:

  3. Click the Add Autoresponder button:

  4. Complete the following fields:
    1. Interval - How long in hours to leave before another auto reply is sent to the same email address. If you want to just send one email put a high number in here (e.g. 200).
    2. From - Normally the same as your email address.
    3. Subject - The subject line for your auto responder.
    4. Body - This is the message you would like to send in your auto reponse.
    5. Start / End Dates - Either go with the default to make your auto-responder start straight away (note - you'll need to remember to come back in and delete it later) or enter custom dates.
    6. Click the Create/Modify button:

  5. Done!

Delete an auto responder:

  1. Sign in to your webmail.
  2. On the welcome screen click your email address at the top, then the autoresponders link:

  3. Click the delete link in the list of auto responders:

  4. Click the 'Delete Autoresponder' button to confirm your deletion.
  5. Done!
